COMPANY PROFILE

VIV SPORTINGS started in 2007-08 by Dr Viv Chauhan, opening its Head office in Adelaide and factory in Shanghai in partnership with very experienced Chinese partner.  Both have great SKILL, MOTIVATION, DETERMINATION, INNOVATION, PERSISTENCE & GUTS and soon became one of the Pioneers in producing SUBLIMATED SPORTS GARMENTS.  Company’s core Business is to provide whole sale sublimated sports clothing for leading manufacturers across the state.

VIV SPORTINGS offers SUBLIMATION PRINTS using Silk Screens [two] or Digitally [nine] and has plans to have a total of 15 wide-format printers by 2011. We can and will take orders from 25s or 25,000. Current Print capacity is 1000 full prints a day and the company has plans to expand to 2000 prints a day.

The company offers all services “in-house”; “one-stop” customised orders. Our SEWING capacity is 15,000 a month and we have plans to do 30,000 monthly in 2011.

In international market we are best known for our QUALITY and are possibly among the top few major manufacturers of wholesale sublimation garments in the country. We started with a few orders from “HOME” as in AUSTRALIA printing “AUSSIE RULES” & POLO &TEEs. New demands for other sports like Netball, cycling, Soccer, cricket, Basketball, Hockey etc changed the emphasis and we continue to have more new customers with increasingly larger repeat order from all kind of sports..

The major customers are from Australia and we supply garments for all types of sportswear. We offer Customised orders for CYCLE WEAR, SOCCER, AFL, CORPORATE WEAR [TEEs POLOs], BASKETBALL, NBL, NETBALL, RUGBY, RUNNING [triathlon, marathon, singlet,tee’s] JACKETS, TRACKSUITS ETC.

VIV SPORTINGS have orders from all over the world; mainly from AUSTRALIA, USA, UK & EU, ASIA-PACIFIC, CHINA, SOUTH & CENTRO AMERICANO, AFRICA and the CARRIBEANS.

Our emphasis is on QUALITY DELIVERY & FAIR PRICING. The Business ETHICS HONESTY&CONFIDENTIALITY are our strength and he wins new customers who demand QUALITY and CONFIDENCE to have PREMIUM PRODUCTS.

We use only the bests in INKS; Digital Inks from Italy silk-screen Inks from Italy, USA & UK. Sublimation papers are from Holland. Heat Press Machines are from MONTI ANTONIO of Italy. 2008 & 2009 world economic recession did affect the Company’s profits but there were a definite increase in demand for Quality SUBLIMATION garments and we had a lot more new and satisfied customers.

FUTURE EXPANSION

Been thinking of building up the facilities especially in 2 departments:

A] DIGITAL SUBLIMATION.
As we are renown for the quality of our prints and unless we have more print capacity we will lose customers to our competitors. We use but only the best of inks from ITALY and papers from HOLLAND. Plans are in place to increase to have 10 Digital printers by end of the year - giving a capacity of 50,000 pieces a month!

B] SEWING in-house must be expanded. At the moment we have 20 workers coping well doing an average of 15,000 pieces of assorted garments with limited machines. Immediate plans will be a quick expansion to 30 then 40 and 50 by year-end. 50 sewers we can get 3000 garments a day.

1. Viv Sportings is engaged in Sports Clothing from last two years and has built up quite a large proud customer base both in retail and wholesale front. We specialise both in Sublimated as well as Traditional Sports wear for all games. In addition we have also opened three Cricket Equipment and Clothing outlets across Adelaide viz. Windsor Garden, Albert Park and Morphett Vale

4. We have just made it a very simple 4 step process for you.
  • First drop an e-mail or SMS stating your requirements with your design and you will receive a quote within 24 hrs
  • Once price is accepted just send us your artwork in  AI files and  deposit 50% of the amount for confirmation of order
  • Sample will be made and send to you within 2 weeks for approval
  •  Order will be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks from date of approval of sample.
5. We will be obliged if called and will be happy to discuss all the formalities to finalise the deal. We will also take this opportunity to show our range of products and product quality.
